Schedule/Hours:

• Call will be required (24-hour shifts on rotation)
• Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment
• No more than 3 days off may be requested during the contract

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience preferred
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Must be willing to float to Med Surg
• Experience with Meditech 6.0 preferred
• 100-mile radius rule applies
• Flu vaccine required (no exceptions)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality patient care in the ICU
• Support interdisciplinary team by adapting to Med Surg as needed
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergent needs
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in Meditech EMR
• Comply with facility standards and infection control policies
