Schedule/Hours
- Variable shifts (day/night/weekend as required by assignment)
- 36 or 48 hours per week (depending on facility needs)
Qualifications
- Current RN license valid in Ohio (or compact, as applicable)
- Minimum of 2 years' recent ICU experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Strong critical care assessment and intervention skills
- Effective communicator and adaptable to new environments
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered critical care in the ICU
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes
- Provide support and education to patients and families
