Job Description

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current and valid RN license
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU experience
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency with electronic health records and modern bedside technology
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and patient advocacy skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert nursing care to critically ill patients in an ICU setting
  • Monitor, assess, and document changes in patient condition, responding rapidly as needed
  • Administer medications, IV therapies, and manage advanced life support equipment
  • Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Educate patients and families regarding treatments and ongoing care needs
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards and best practices in infection control
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain clinical competencies
