Schedule:
- Contract-based assignment

Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Current and valid RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU experience
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency with electronic health records and modern bedside technology
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent interpersonal communication and patient advocacy skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert nursing care to critically ill patients in an ICU setting
- Monitor, assess, and document changes in patient condition, responding rapidly as needed
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and manage advanced life support equipment
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families regarding treatments and ongoing care needs
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and best practices in infection control
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain clinical competencies
