Schedule:

• 3x12-hour day shifts per week

Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of one year recent experience in an ICU/critical care setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Demonstrated skill in assessing, planning, and caring for critically ill patients
• Excellent communication abilities and teamwork skills
• Strong critical thinking and the ability to respond quickly in emergency situations
• Comfortable working with diverse patient populations and interdisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care to critically ill or injured adults in the ICU
• Conduct ongoing assessments, monitor vital signs, and manage complex equipment
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to manage treatment plans
• Administer prescribed medications and IV therapies
• Provide thorough patient and family education and support during stressful times
• Accurately document all patient care activities in the medical record
• Adhere to all hospital policies, quality standards, and infection control procedures

$3,225 - $3,400/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
