Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, collecting and analyzing data to inform diagnoses and individualized care plans.
• Implement and coordinate nursing interventions that promote patient health and safety within the ICU.
• Collaborate closely with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to foster a humane and healing environment.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families, aiding them in understanding treatment plans and care processes.
• Participate actively in discharge planning to ensure seamless continuity of care.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of practice mandatory.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (BLS, HS-BLS, or RQI BLS accepted).
