Key Qualifications:
- Valid RN license, with current eligibility to practice in California
- Proven experience in ICU nursing and critical care environments
- Advanced knowledge of nursing standards, protocols, and processes
- Strong critical thinking, independent judgment, and supervisory skills
- Ability to effectively lead and support nursing staff
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct, coordinated patient care targeting critically ill individuals
