This assignment provides the chance to deliver and coordinate ICU-level nursing care, ensuring each patient receives exceptional and personalized attention. Qualifications:
- Valid RN license, with ICU experience required
- Ability to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care
- Strong leadership and supervisory abilities
- Proficient in critical thinking and independent clinical judgment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide and coordinate patient-centered ICU care in accordance with established nursing process and standards
- Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff
- Ensure collaborative, interdisciplinary care and support
