Desired Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (current and valid)
- Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs and technology
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organization and documentation skills
- Team-oriented mindset and positive, compassionate attitude
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, assess, and care for acutely ill patients in the ICU
- Administer medications, manage complex IV therapies, and operate advanced medical equipment
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians and respiratory therapists
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on comprehensive patient assessments
- Continuously evaluate patient responses and rapidly address changes in condition
- Document care, treatments, and clinical changes accurately and promptly
- Provide emotional support and clear communication to patients and their families
- Comply with facility safety protocols and infection control procedures
