Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid and unrestricted RN license
• Demonstrated ICU nursing experience with critical care competencies
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication abilities for collaborating with patients, families, and team members
• Capability to supervise, delegate, and direct support staff
• Familiarity with up-to-date vaccination requirements for healthcare roles
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and patient safety

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based, coordinated ICU-level nursing care to assigned patients
• Supervise and direct nursing staff within the Float Pool, ensuring appropriate coverage and competency
• Collect, analyze, and utilize patient health data to define care plans and interventions
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans focused on positive patient outcomes
• Educate patients, families, and staff, fostering a safe and healing environment
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to provide seamless and compassionate care, including comprehensive discharge planning
• Appropriately delegate tasks to team members and support a collaborative work culture
• Fulfill additional duties as needed to support patient and facility needs
