Schedule:
- Night shift: three or four 12-hour shifts per week (rotating; no blocked scheduling)
- Typical hours: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
- Call is rare
Qualifications:
- Active RN license required
- ICU experience with strong clinical assessment skills
- Certifications: TNCC, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
- Ability to thrive in Medical, Trauma, and Neuro ICU environments
- Adapts well to flexible, rotating shift schedules
Responsibilities:
- Deliver attentive, evidence-based care to critically ill patients in Medical, Trauma, and Neuro ICU
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor patients closely, recognize changes, and intervene rapidly
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold rigorous safety protocols
- Contribute to positive patient outcomes and family communications
