Schedule/Hours:

• Night Shift: 3x12 or 4x12 hour shifts
• Rotating shifts (no blocked schedules)
• Shift times: 7:00 pm 7:30 am
• Call is rare

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• At least 2 years of recent ICU experience (Medical, Trauma, or Neuro preferred)
• Current TNCC, ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Adaptable to rotating schedules and ready for high-acuity assignments
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care to patients in the Medical, Trauma, and Neuro ICU
• Continually assess, monitor, and manage critically ill patients
• Administer medications and interventions in accordance with hospital protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and support staff on complex care plans
• Document care and patient progress accurately and promptly
• Support patient families and communicate vital information compassionately
