Schedule/Hours:
- 36 hours per week
- 12-hour rotating day and night shifts (0700-1900 or 1900-0700)
- Weekend and holiday rotations as needed
Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota RN license
- AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required at submission
- Minimum 2+ years of recent ICU experience
- Flexibility to float to PCU, Med-Surg, and Telemetry as needed
Responsibilities:
- Manage critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal care
- Demonstrate skillful assessment, intervention, and evaluation in acute care situations
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and communication
