Qualifications:
- Current RN license (unrestricted and in good standing)
- Minimum of 2 years of Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU experience
- Required certifications: BLS, PALS, and ACLS
- Strong clinical judgment and effective communication skills
Desired Experience:
- Prior travel nursing roles are a plus
- Comfortable managing patient ratios: 1:1 or 1:2 for ICU; 1:3 for stepdown or non-ICU
- Ability to adapt quickly to new teams and protocols
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to critically ill pediatric patients
- Monitor and respond to complex cardiac conditions and emergencies
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
