Youll play a key part on a high-acuity ICU team while having the opportunity to float to Med Surg for broader professional experience. Schedule/Hours:
- Travel position, various shifts
- Required to take some 24-hour call shifts
- Up to 3 days off (RTO) allowed per 13-week contract
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Recent experience in ICU nursing
- Willingness to float to Med Surg if needed
- Meditech 6.0 EMR experience preferred
- Must meet the 100-mile radius requirement (cannot live within 100 miles)
- Proof of flu vaccination (no exceptions)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-level care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Safely manage complex patient cases
- Participate in on-call shifts as required
- Accurately document in Meditech 6.0 EMR
- Float to Med Surg floor when required
- Uphold evidence-based nursing practices and patient advocacy
