Qualifications and Experience:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Previous experience working in an ICU or similar critical care unit
• Proficiency in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care specific to critically ill adults
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with physicians, patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Current certifications in BLS and ACLS required
• Excellent clinical judgment, adaptability, and attention to detail
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to ICU patients, monitoring their vital signs and responding promptly to changes in condition
• Administer medications, intravenous therapies, and advanced interventions as ordered by medical staff
• Collaborate with physicians and the critical care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and care plans
• Participate in daily multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives
