Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:

• Active FL RN or multi-state RN license (must be attached to your resume)
• ACLS & BLS certifications through the American Heart Association (required with submission)
• Demonstrated experience with ventilators, tracheostomy care, central lines, and wound care preferred
• Competency in providing advanced life support and responding to acute emergencies
• Previous ICU/critical care nursing experience essential
• Ability to float to lower acuity units as needed

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions
• Provide advanced wound care and life support in critical situations
• Monitor and adjust ventilators and advanced medical equipment
• Administer IV fluids and medications per protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and the broader critical care team
• Advocate for patients and support their families through education and guidance
• Maintain meticulous documentation and comply with nursing standards
