As an experienced ICU RN, youll care for critically ill patients in a dynamic, supportive environment. Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years ICU nursing experience
  • Active California RN license
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • PALS certification preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Effective communicator and team collaborator

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based critical care to patients with complex health conditions
  • Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patients status
  • Coordinate with physicians and allied health professionals for optimal patient care
  • Administer medications, operate and troubleshoot advanced life support equipment
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation
