As an experienced ICU RN, youll care for critically ill patients in a dynamic, supportive environment. Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment (specific shifts/hours to be discussed)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years ICU nursing experience
- Active California RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- PALS certification preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Effective communicator and team collaborator
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based critical care to patients with complex health conditions
- Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patients status
- Coordinate with physicians and allied health professionals for optimal patient care
- Administer medications, operate and troubleshoot advanced life support equipment
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
