Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Active RN license (compact state license preferred)
- At least 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience in an acute care setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in ventilator management and critical drips
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients
- Monitor, assess, and document patient condition and response to interventions
- Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other clinicians
- Administer medications, manage ventilators, and assess patient needs promptly
- Educate and support families through complex situations
- Promote safety, infection control, and compassionate care throughout the unit
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and quality initiatives

$1,874 - $2,051/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
