Deliver exceptional care in a dynamic Intensive Care Unit (ICU) environment as a Registered Nurse. Key Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• 2+ years of recent experience in an ICU setting
• Advanced critical care skills, including proficiency with ventilators, cardiac monitoring, IV therapy, and emergency interventions
• ACLS and BLS certification required
• Excellent assessment, communication, and collaborative skills
• Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and thorough care to critically ill or injured patients, continuously assessing and monitoring condition changes
• Administer medications, manage life-support equipment, and perform complex nursing procedures as ordered
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop and update patient care plans
• Provide support and education to patients families, offering clear communication regarding status and care interventions
• Accurately document assessments, treatments, and responses in the electronic medical record
• Adhere to infection control protocols and institutional policies to ensure a safe, compliant patient environment
