Schedule:
- 36 hours per week
- Straight night shifts
- Every other holiday (EOH) and every other weekend (EOW)
Qualifications:
- Active RN license with ICU specialization
- Minimum 1 year of prior travel nursing experience required
- Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and critical care problem-solving
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Demonstrated capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based care to high-acuity ICU patients
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes
- Manage complex assessments, medication administration, and interventions
