Schedule:
- 36 hours per week
- 50/50 split between day and night shifts
- Alternating weekends and holidays
Requirements:
- Valid RN license with ICU specialty
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care inpatient or current ICU experience
- At least 1 year of travel nursing experience
- Ability to adapt quickly to new workflows and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional, evidence-based care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Monitor patients closely and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals in executing care plans
- Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and care expectations
- Maintain precise, comprehensive documentation and uphold all hospital standards
