Schedule:
- 36 hours per week
- Rotating day/night shifts
- Includes weekends and holidays
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience
- At least 1 year of travel nursing experience required
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving situations and protocols
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide expert, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Rapidly assess changing patient conditions and initiate appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and ancillary staff
- Monitor and chart patient progress according to established policy
- Educate patients and families on care plans and post-discharge needs
