As a traveling ICU RN experienced in pediatric cardiac care, you'll collaborate with a team trained in the latest advances in diagnosis, medical and surgical treatment, and long-term follow-up. This assignment provides exceptional exposure to best practices in pediatric cardiology, diverse leadership styles, and a broad spectrum of cases. Youll not only bolster your clinical expertise, but also enhance your resume by engaging in care environments reserved for the regions most critical and complex patients.

Schedule/Hours:
- Travel position with flexibility as required by the unit
Required Qualifications:
- Active RN license for New York (NY license only)
- Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
- Pediatric cardiac care experience required
- Experience with telemetry
- Certifications: BLS, PALS, and ACLS (American Heart Association only), plus NIHSS
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients with complex cardiac diagnoses
- Interpret telemetry and respond to cardiac emergencies
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and patient/family education
- Support medical and surgical treatments; ongoing patient monitoring
- Thorough, accurate documentation and adherence to clinical protocols
