Schedule:
- 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
- Full-time, 3 positions available
- Every other weekend required
- Blocked scheduling not accommodated
- No on-call or floating requirements
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in state of employment or compact
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
- At least 1 year of ICU experience preferred; open to new graduates
- Completion of facility-specific orientations and ongoing competencies
Responsibilities:
- Provide independent, skillful care for critically ill patients using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation)
- Manage complex medical and psychological needs of patients and families
- Administer therapies, medications, and treatments per protocol
- Document all aspects of patient care accurately and electronically
- Educate patients and their families, fostering understanding and compliance
- Support clinical team with safe delegation and appropriate assignments
