Qualifications:

  • Active and unencumbered RN license
  • 12 years of recent ICU experience, preferred in high-acuity settings
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and assessment skills
  • BLS and ACLS certification; additional specialty certifications welcomed
  • Experience adapting to fast-paced, changing patient needs

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional critical care to adult ICU patients, monitoring and responding to rapid changes
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and support staff for comprehensive patient management
  • Administer medications, manage advanced life support equipment, and interpret diagnostic results
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes with accuracy and compliance
