Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- 12 years of recent ICU experience, preferred in high-acuity settings
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and assessment skills
- BLS and ACLS certification; additional specialty certifications welcomed
- Experience adapting to fast-paced, changing patient needs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional critical care to adult ICU patients, monitoring and responding to rapid changes
- Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and support staff for comprehensive patient management
- Administer medications, manage advanced life support equipment, and interpret diagnostic results
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes with accuracy and compliance
