Experienced critical care nurses are needed for an engaging opportunity in an Intensive Care Unit environment. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current and valid RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent ICU nursing experience
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and deliver exceptional patient outcomes

Schedule/Hours:

• Contract position; specific shifts and duration will be provided during the interview process

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care for critically ill patients, including frequent monitoring and rapid response to changes in condition
• Administer medications, manage ventilators, and provide advanced life support as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Communicate effectively with patients families, providing education and emotional support
• Accurately document patient data, interventions, and outcomes in electronic medical records
• Adhere to infection control policies and all clinical best practices
