This travel nursing opportunity places you in a dynamic HVI Unit, where Cardio/General ICU, PCU, and MedSurg patients are cared for in one state-of-the-art environment. By working within this advanced, collaborative team, youll build skills across multiple specialties, see different leadership styles in action, and add valuable experiences to your professional portfolioall within a supportive and innovative setting.
Schedule:
- 13-week contract
- 48 hours per week
Qualifications:
- Current RN license
- Minimum of one year experience in ICU or PCU/Step-Down Settings (generalist experience highly valued)
- Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to a diverse mix of patients, including those in Cardio, General ICU, PCU, and MedSurg categories
- Adapt to fluctuating patient acuity and ratios as needed, with PCU patient assignments expected
- Collaborate with a skilled multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to foster a positive care environment
- Document patient care accurately and promptly per facility protocols
