Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license in California (or eligible for endorsement)
- Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; additional credentials a plus
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Adaptable and collaborative approach to patient care
