This is a contract-based role requiring a skilled professional comfortable in high-acuity care settings.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (required)
• Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Recent experience in an acute care facility (preferred)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent CPR certification (required)
• Commitment to completing all required vaccinations; medical and religious exemptions may be considered

Responsibilities:

• Collect and assess relevant data to determine care needs and appropriate interventions
• Develop individualized care plans to guide the attainment of positive outcomes
• Implement interventions and coordinate care delivery to promote health and patient safety
• Evaluate patient progress and adapt plans as needed
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to support a healing environment
• Offer health education and learning opportunities to patients, family members, and team members
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care post-hospitalization
• Delegate responsibilities appropriately, supporting the broader healthcare team
• Carry out additional job-related duties as assigned, maintaining adherence to facility and regulatory standards
