Schedule:
- 12-hour shifts
- 36 hours per week, guaranteed
Qualifications:
- Current RN license
- Minimum 2 years experience in an Intensive Care Unit
- Valid BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and adaptability
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor vital signs
- Respond promptly to changes in patient status and emergencies
- Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery
