Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, active RN license
• At least 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to respond calmly and efficiently under pressure
• Proficient in electronic medical records and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide vigilant, hands-on care to critically ill patients
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and recognize changes in condition quickly
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor vital signs, and manage advanced life support equipment
• Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient-centered care plans
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, critical care procedures, and progress updates
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with policies and regulations
