The schedule includes three 12-hour night shifts per week, with weekend coverage and occasional on-call and holiday duties. Flexibility to float as a functional nurse may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments covering physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, and developmental needs.
  • Review patient history and coordinate with families ensuring timely completion of records.
  • Analyze diagnostic and laboratory data; promptly report abnormalities to physicians and care team.
  • Develop individualized, measurable care plans including discharge planning, in consultation with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Address diverse patient needs reflecting cultural, age-specific, and psychosocial factors.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Valid RN license.
  • Minimum of one year professional nursing experience, preferably in ICU or critical care.
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
