Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with medical staff
• Monitor complex patient conditions, administer medications, and utilize advanced technology
• Communicate changes in patients' conditions to physicians and families
• Adhere strictly to infection control and patient safety protocols
• Accurately document all aspects of care and maintain thorough records

Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license (unencumbered)
• Minimum of two years ICU experience (travel experience preferred but not required)
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in managing multiple priority tasks in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

$2,275 - $2,406/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
