Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment; schedule and hours will be determined based on facility needs.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania (or compact license eligible)
- At least 2 years of current ICU experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Critical thinking, adaptability, and effective communication skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver advanced nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and operate specialized equipment
