Schedule:
- Weekends required (every other weekend)
- Every other holiday
- Flexibility to float within the facility or to partner sites within a 40-mile radius
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years recent, full-time adult ICU experience
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred
- EPIC electronic medical record proficiency
- Willingness to float as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to critically ill adults, monitoring and intervening as necessary
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Document all care and patient responses accurately in accordance with facility protocols
- Support quality improvement initiatives within the ICU
- Demonstrate adaptability by floating within skill set or to nearby partner sites
