Schedule/Hours
- 3 x 12-hour day shifts
- Urgent start: must be able to begin within 2-3 weeks of offer
- Expedited onboarding for quick transition
Qualifications
- NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS certifications (required)
- Current RN license for DC or eligibility (required)
- Minimum of 2 years' ICU nursing experience (required)
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program (required)
- BSN strongly preferred
- Must reside at least 50 miles from assignment location
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive care for critically ill patients across various specialties using state-of-the-art equipment (ventilators, cardiac monitors, ECMO, IABP, CRRT, and more)
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and support families throughout treatment
- Fulfill all tasks according to licensure, certification, and regulatory standards
