Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Recent experience working in an ICU or critical care setting
• Strong knowledge of critical care procedures and equipment, including ventilators, infusion pumps, and monitoring devices
• Ability to respond calmly and efficiently to high-acuity patient needs
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Strong interpersonal skills and a dedication to patient-centered care
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill individuals, monitoring vital signs and responding to emergent situations
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other care team members to develop and implement specialized care plans
• Administer medications, operate critical care equipment, and document patient progress efficiently
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment plans, and ongoing care needs
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and hospital safety standards
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and support continuous quality improvement initiatives
