Schedule/Hours
- 6:45am 7:15pm shifts
Qualifications
- Unencumbered Oklahoma RN license (must be attached to submission)
- American Heart Association ACLS & BLS certifications (must be attached)
- Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience in a hospital setting
- Familiarity with paper charting preferred
- Adaptability and strong communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver care to critical care patients using the Nursing Process, in alignment with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policy
- Demonstrate critical thinking and leadership in planning and coordinating safe, effective patient care
- Delegate patient care tasks appropriately, supervises and mentors assigned staff
- Maintain clinical competence through ongoing education and practice
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation with paper charting
