Deliver critical care expertise as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) through this contract opportunity. Key Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of one year recent ICU nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment skills for acutely ill patients
• Proficiency with life-support equipment, medication administration, and electronic health records
• BLS and ACLS certification (current)
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach
• Ability to remain calm and focused in critical situations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and individualized care to critically ill patients
• Monitor and interpret vital signs, lab results, and patient responses to interventions
• Administer medications and advanced life-support therapies as required
• Collaborate with the medical team to develop, implement, and evaluate care plans
• Document all observations, interventions, and patient status accurately in the medical record
• Offer emotional support and clear communication to patients families
