Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in acute care settings
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care in the ICU
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
- Manage advanced life-support equipment and technology
- Collaborate and communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Support patient families with education and updates regarding care progress
- Adhere to safety protocols, infection control standards, and hospital policies
