Key Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Proven experience in an ICU or critical care setting
• Strong assessment, clinical decision-making, and prioritization skills
• Familiarity with life support technologies and procedures, including ventilator management and titration of IV drips
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Adaptability to rapidly changing situations and keen attention to detail

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Continuously assess and monitor patient conditions, recognizing and responding to subtle changes

• Document assessments, interventions, and responses thoroughly and promptly in electronic medical record systems

• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and infection control protocols
