Schedule/Hours:
- 7:00 a.m. 7:30 p.m.
- Every weekend coverage required
Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted RN license
- Minimum 1-2 years of recent ICU experience (adult critical care preferred)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt to new technology and EMR systems
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced Intensive Care Unit
- Assess, plan, and initiate care for critically ill patients
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor and interpret vital signs, administer medications, and respond to emergencies efficiently
- Educate patients and families on disease processes and post-ICU care
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standards
