As an ICU Registered Nurse on this travel assignment, youll gain exposure to advanced, diverse critical care practices and collaborate closely with multiple specialties. Schedule/Hours:

• Flexible travel contract; specific shifts may vary by unit needs

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Experience with a variety of EHR systems preferred

Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, effective nursing care to critically ill patients
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Respond rapidly to changes in patient status and implement interventions
• Educate patients and families on care processes and recovery plans
