Schedule/Hours

  • 12-hour night shifts (NOCs)
  • Every other weekend and holiday included
  • 13-week contract
  • 36 guaranteed hours per week (except holidays and orientation week)

Skills & Qualifications

  • Active WI RN license required
  • Minimum 3 years of ICU experience
  • At least one prior travel nurse contract completed
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (must be submitted with application)
  • EPIC charting experience within the last 12 months
  • Willing and able to float between multiple facilities as needed
  • COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)
  • Adaptability, resilience, and a strong work ethic
  • Social, team-oriented, and open to dynamic environments

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care in a 10-bed ICU, managing a range of acute and complex cases
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across different hospital sites
  • Maintain accurate documentation using Epic
  • Float to other units or facilities based on census, within clinical competency
