This assignment promises career advancement through exposure to a high-acuity, 10-bed ICU, where you'll learn from diverse healthcare professionals and leadership styles. Working in different locations and units expands your competencies and enhances your resumepreparing you for continued professional success.
Schedule/Hours:
- 13-week assignment
- 36 guaranteed hours per week (excluding the week of orientation and certain holidays)
- 12-hour night shifts (NOCs)
- Every other weekend and holiday required
Qualifications:
- Active WI RN license
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (must be attached for submission)
- Minimum 3 years of ICU experience (required)
- At least one previous travel contract completed
- Documented Epic charting experience within the past 12 months
- COVID-19 vaccination required unless medical/religious exemption applies
- Adaptable, resilient, and collaborative mindset
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care in a 10-bed ICU with varying patient ratios
- Float to Oconomowoc Memorial and Mukwonago facilities as census requires (never outside your clinical skills)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Uphold high standards for safety and infection control
- Maintain accurate documentation using Epic
