Schedule/Hours:
- Rotating weekends and holidays
- Flexibility to meet evolving inpatient needs
Qualifications:
- Unrestricted RN license with at least 2 years of recent, full-time adult ICU experience
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records
- Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
- Willingness to float within your skill set and to nearby affiliated sites within a 40-mile radius as needed
- Excellent adaptability, interpersonal, and critical-thinking skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver advanced, compassionate nursing care to critically ill adult patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans and respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions
- Utilize EPIC for all clinical documentation
- Flex between units and sites when necessary, contributing expertise wherever youre most needed
- Maintain rigorous safety and patient advocacy standards
