Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care in an acuity adaptable unit supporting critical care needs.
• Manage advanced medical equipment including CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy), balloon pumps, and Swan-Ganz catheters.
• Perform sheath pulls competently and utilize EPIC for patient documentation and care coordination.
• Float to other hospital locations within a 40-mile area as required, adapting to varied clinical settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high standards of care and patient safety.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse license with at least 2 years of nursing experience.
• Prior ICU experience essential.
• Proficiency with CRRT required; experience with balloon pumps and Swan catheters highly desirable.
• Competency in sheath pulls and EPIC electronic medical records system.
• Ability to adapt to changing clinical environments and float within skill set.
