Key Qualifications:

- Experience in Oncology, Step Down, Surgical, or Telemetry units
- Ability to manage complex patient care, demonstrate critical thinking, and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in Oncology, Step Down, Surgical, or Telemetry units
- Monitor patient status, administer medications, and assist with treatments
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to develop and implement care plans
- Support patients and families through compassionate communication and education
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
Schedule:
- Night shift
- Every other weekend (EOW), every other holiday (EOH)
- 48 hours per week
