Key Qualifications:
- Valid RN license with current credentials
- Minimum of one year of recent ICU experience required
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficient in critical care clinical skills, including ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and complex medication administration
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing patient needs
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients, including assessments, interventions, and continuous monitoring
- Administer advanced therapies and support individualized treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate and document patient care
- Respond rapidly and appropriately to changes in patient status, using sound clinical judgment
- Provide empathetic support to patients and families, explaining care plans and offering resources as appropriate
