• Valid RN license with current credentials

• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proficient in critical care clinical skills, including ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and complex medication administration
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing patient needs
