Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- ICU nursing experience (medical, surgical, or cardiac ICU strongly preferred)
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong clinical judgment, leadership abilities, and adaptability
- Experience managing interdisciplinary care teams
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care to ICU patients
