As a Registered Nurse specializing in ICU care, youll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in an environment where innovative leadership styles and diverse workplace practices will help you expand your skills and strengthen your resume. Schedule & Hours:
- NOC shifts: 7:00 pm 7:30 am
- 36 hours per week guaranteed
Key Qualifications:
- Active California RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Recent negative TB screen (within the past 12 months)
- Prior ICU nursing experience strongly preferred
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver advanced patient care in the ICU, adapting quickly to changing clinical scenarios
- Accurately monitor and record vital signs, administer medications, and coordinate patient treatments with physicians and interdisciplinary staff
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families in high-acuity situations
- Contribute to a collaborative environment that encourages continual learning and process improvement
