Schedule:
- Nights, 6:30 pm 6:30 am
- 13-week assignment
- Floating required to ER and Med-Surg departments
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Experience in ER and Med-Surg settings
- TNCC preferred
- Proficiency with ventilators, titratable drips, medication mixing, and patient hygiene preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive ICU care for a range of complex cases
- Float as needed to Emergency Room and Med-Surg
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
- Demonstrate adaptability in fast-paced, high-acuity environments
