Schedule:
- Nights, 6:30 PM 6:30 AM
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license with at least 2 years of ICU experience required
- BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory
- ER and Med Surg experience necessary
- TNCC certification preferred
- Proficiency in ventilator management, titratable drips, medication preparation, and ensuring patient hygiene is desired
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive care to critically ill ICU patients
- Float to Emergency Room and Medical-Surgical units as needed, adapting to varying patient needs
- Skillfully manage ventilators, titrate drips, and mix medications in high-acuity environments
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation
- Demonstrate flexibility, clinical judgment, and compassion under pressure
